The Event

Founded with Prince William in 2013, the Tusk Conservation Awards celebrate the courageous individuals driving African conservation efforts, sharing their compelling narratives with the global community. The awards have propelled Africa’s foremost conservationists onto the world stage, empowering them to expand their impact and safeguard biodiversity across the continent. The prestigious ceremony, held at London’s iconic Savoy hotel, was hosted by esteemed natural history broadcaster Liz Bonnin and attended by prominent Tusk supporters such as Ronnie and Sally Wood, Katherine Jenkins OBE, Lawrence Dallaglio OBE, and Jack Savoretti.

Collaborating with creative agency Shelton Fleming, we delivered scenic and technical expertise for this prestigious event. Our responsibilities encompassed transforming the Lancaster Ballroom by constructing the stage and backdrop, featuring cutting-edge 4k projection technology. Additionally, we curated the River Room, integrating scenic pillars equipped with interactive Q&A screens, as well as scenic backdrops for press and photography. Our services also extended to managing the red carpet and enhancing the surrounding areas of the hotel with AV and scenic branding.
