Hello! World is Orange Business Services’ annual flagship international customer event. It took place at the Andaz hotel in Munich, Germany, in June 2022. Our team built the set in the main plenary, and installed and operated the AV to include presentation and streaming. Also, operating throughout four breakout rooms, we created engaging networking spaces, a reception desk, way-finding signage and an interactive feedback string wall. The brief called for an event that renewed connection with key customers, to secure significant infrastructure, and develop growth on core business. Ultimately, our services were used to bring an authentic event to life, echoing the brand and theme throughout the spaces available with the aim of leaving the attendees feeling engaged, inspired and informed.
